Covid Mitigation Guidelines (updated 28 September 2022)
Scriptoria Covid policies closely follow guidelines recommended by Kent County and Michigan Department of Health. These COVID guidelines are subject to change based on the current recommendations by the CDC, MDHHS and Kent County risk levels.
We will continue to update this page if there are changes. In addition, anyone who feels better protected when masked should certainly choose to continue masking if they feel more comfortable doing so.
Travel Reservation Guidance
We suggest that all registrants choose refundable tickets when making travel reservations, to protect yourself from any unanticipated changes.
Refund Policy
Emergencies happen, and we at Scriptoria will try to work with participants who must change their plans.
Participants may cancel Scriptoria registration until May 1 with only a $75 cancellation processing fee. Once the cancellation is received and approved, the remaining balance will be returned by the method of original payment (electronic funds transfer or refund check).
Cancellations between May 1 and May 20 will only be refunded 50% of the registration cost. There are no refunds after May 20, 2024.
